Great video, I ended up jacking my Z06 up 23" which was more than enough room. Headers were a lot easier to install than I thought, in general the C6 is much easier to work on then the C4. I would add to the video that you should install ALL header bolts in to the head loosely prior to installing the remaining exhaust. I had a hard time lining up some of the holes.I also put high temp silicone the night before on the gasket and stuck it to the head. This avoids the gasket falling during install. I work alone so I need all the little tricks to do it by yourself. I also found the band clamps provided which were good quality did not have enough force to clamp the pipes. I had to buy 4 old fashion stainless steel 3" clamps that worked great. I replaced the nuts with a gm grade 5 with flat washer attached to provide better clamping.

9:25: You stated the C6 Z06 takes 8 quarts of oil. Is this correct for Dry Sump or did the capacity vary for different year C6 Z06s? I have a 2013 and thought it was a 10-quart capacity? It's 3:00 am here so I will double check the Owner's Manual when I roll out of bed.

I'm the guy who made the video...not ARH...but from what I remember, oil capacity did indeed vary depending on the year.

09 and up takes 11qts. 06-08 takes 9qts
