The episodes for Amy's Baking Company are internet royalty. You would never believe it wasn't staged; until you did a little Google research into their customer outreach AFTER the show aired. If you're stunned now you HAVE to watch the whole thing; it will genuinely blow your mind! That server had the patience of a saint...

If there's one slice of Ramsey you ever watch in full, it's (as most have said here) the one with Amy's Baking Company. Grab a big ass bucket of popcorn, settle back, and prepare for a journey into insanity. I like to watch repeats of that with my cat, he loves it (watch it, and you'll see why...)

Owners cannot take tips in the UK, even though they pay more hourly than the US. Tips are payments directly to the staff, not the restaurant, if the owner takes the tips its considered theft.

I'm with Ramsay on this, iv'e been a chef for 34 years, atleast our EHO, UK. (Enviromental Health Officers/Organization keep on top of things) and keep most if not all food places in check with food standards/cleanliness and health. From what iv'e seen in the States with food standards it scares the SHT out of me. PS: A Pork sauce to a Vegetarian (How Fkng thick do you have to be). lol

I’m Irish 🇮🇪 we always tip, the norm is 20% (but more if the meal/service was particularly decent) … my parents always taught me to tip well for a good service if u want it to continue to be a good service lol… such as speedy deliveries, hairdressers etc. I’ve spent a lot of time in mainland Europe and as far as I know- the natives tip there (definitely in Italy France) we always did, but in some very touristy areas-you might find that there’s a service charge included in your bill, so tipping is at your discretion (between u and your waiter 😆) In Ireland they do the same as in uk (split all the tips at the end of the night- between back and front of house) well they do in my friend’s places anyway- great video btw! I’m newly subscribed, dying sick today, so chilling out watching all your videos, half my family are Brit’s, so I’m getting a kick out of all that uk content you’ve got 😆

Yeh it's always seemed fake with the scary music and the way they cut/edit things. Plus Ramsay can just turn on ars*hole mode like he does and starting finding problems if there aren't many real ones. And yes, I bet they've planted stuff sometimes. That said, I bet America is full of delusional restaurant owners who think their food/service is better than it is, so sometimes they probably don't have to rig it. He could easily keep doing these shows for the rest of his life if he wanted to and still not run out of places to visit over there.

The show is called Kitchen Nightmares, they are going to pick the restaurants with the highest chance of drama.
