Omg yes please the young ones was the best ever comedy I've seen in my whole my life. Also Bottom was a great series too featuring rik and vivan from the young ones. Hilarious please please you gotta watch them you will be crying with laughter. I remember watching the young ones at my step mums with my brothers and sisters I was to young to watch it then but that made it even funnier. Highly recommend best British comedy at its best

These ads were voiced by the wonderful Ade Edmondson and loosely based on his most famous character 'Vivian' from the sitcom 'The Young Ones' about a group of students in a shared house. Vivian is a punk anaracist who tends to solve problems through the use of slapstick violence. Ade's long-time comedy partner was Rik Mayall, They also did a series called 'Bottom together' which again has a lot of slapstick violence in it. Ade is married to Jennifer Saunders another well-known comeddienne famous for her sketches with Dawn French and the sitcom Ab Fab. The animation for these ads was done by Aardman who made the Wallace & Grommit films which have received several Oscars. N.B The one with the cheese grater was initially banned due to complaints, but then re-instated hence the second one saying "I'm back!".

The voice of the Peperami Animal was originally Ade Edmondson, but Enn Reitel replaced him in 2014. The new voice of the Peperami (as of this year) is a guy called Keith Wikham. I am a huge fan of Ade Edmonson, and his is by far the best voice for the "animal." 😊

I wonder if they get reccomend to each others channels. I also follow Steve and Lyndsey, between them and JT and Anna I feel you get good different reactions. JT seems so down to earth and comedic in his reaction. Steve feels like he's genuinely there to learn as his main goal and Lyndsey seems so positive and adorable. Anna seems lovely and I've been enjoying the JT and Anna channel. Between the 4 of them it's great to see the different reactions. I wonder if the two channels are in communication with eachother as they'd prob get along well enough with hmwhat they have in common

My brother was at a matchday one time when Peperami were doing promo with the Peperami van, he came back with bags full of Peperami and I ate only Peperami for about 2 weeks, it was amazing.

JT, this salami meat stick is absolutely fantastic, Sadly, a lot of the stuff you’re saying in these out no longer exist like the noodles, but there’s nothing stopping you taking a pork barbecue noodle and add one of the sticks, but they don’t do the extra hot anymore, which is such a shame because that was the best one of them all

I used to love Peperami, now I just about like them. But they've diversified too far, they do Chorizo pork, tapas salami, jerky, chicken bites, pizza buns, etc... but while they joked about, 'it's a bit of an animal', they also now do 'Vegerami Sticks'.

I have some of these in my fridge right now (they don't need to be refrigerated but I like em cold) and they don't go off until the middle of next year. Great for a wee snack. I'm not sure but I think the only varieties that have survived are the regular green packet and the hot red packet. We love a good series of adverts that are completely unhinged.

I went through a stage of everytime I went to the shop I had to buy 1. I remember some of them, I had to laugh when jt jumped when the peperami scared him lol. The rolls weren't all that and the minis have a different texture, they are very tasty jt wud like them I think

Pepperami are still around and very popular, the commercials have been toned down but the product is the same, they have 4 flavours now, Original, Hot and Firestick and then Chorizo, thats not including the various other products they do including peperami pizza rolls now

Peperami, it's a bit of an animal. Well, to be truthful it's lots of bits of animals, but then that's sausages for you. I used to work at Walls Sausages (owned by Unilever at the time) and though we didn't make these at our factory, we did used to pack and distribute them.
