Thank you for showing this as it's not one I've seen before. It's interesting that they chose to give the Pharmacist a South African accent but it goes with him being very forthright. It really is clever as we've all been there - going to the pharmacy to collect or buy something that is a little embarrassing and we don't want the world to know about it.

Back in the 80s, I was in a doctor's waiting room when the elderly dragon of a receptionist answered the phone. After taking and repeating the caller's name and date of birth she said 'Yes Miss Jones, the blood test was positive. You are indeed pregnant'. We all just looked down, wide eyed.

Amanda, a beautiful rich voice even for an American accent, I would love to know why a very attractive female would adorn herself with so many tattoos. From my perspective, I like to imagine an attractive female in all her natural glory, tattoos, for me take those imaginings away.

The funniest bit which you may have missed is the use of the Sth African English accent. Hence the yelling at Meena and the abrupt manner of speaking. All much satirised characteristics of Sth African (or Rhodesian now Zimbabwean) migrants to other commonwealth countries, like England, Australia, Canada etc. it’s probably not really obvious to Americans or non commonwealth countries
