The problem is that as someone who isnt british, you simply cant get all of it. My english is really good but even I sometimes have trouble understanding the british accemt depending on how thick it is and how fast people speak. Plus, I dont know every slang word. I barely know any so sometimes I am just confused. Its not that easy when you're not british yourself XD

A Jockey is a horse rider in races and they are usually very small/short people because the less weight the horse is carrying, the faster it can race (in theory). Seeing this average sized woman being a jockey is madness which is why it was so funny to them

by jockey he does mean a riding jockey. its not a slang term, but he's probably having a cruel laugh about her size because jockeys tend to be TINY, both in height and weight, and that woman was much more average sized. most professional racing jockeys are literally small enough to be mistaken for teenagers. one of the few times it seemed simon wasn't actually going to put up with nastiness towards a contestant
