Shatterd (also can mean tired/sleepy, in a different context) as in glass shattering, in other words there dreams have fallen apart or have been smashed (smashed can also can be a different word for meaning drunk). I like Rachel Greens version of the English trifle best. First there’s a layer of ladyfingers, then jam, custard, raspberries, more ladyfingers, beef sauteed with peas and onions, more custard, bananas and whipped cream. Yum! 😅

Miriam Margolyes works very hard to be a national treasure, but just misses out. She appears on chat shows these days solely to be more and more outrageous. Chat shows feed on it.
