The lock code is the last issue for this suitcase. Purchase 4 months ago used it 3 times just as hand luggage, and the internal linen is ripping off. The customer service doesn’t take care at all. You have to pay for that. Never again, a Samsonite or similar. Shame because I used Samsonite for decades.

I thinl this is nor reset..this is work only you need the first code after yoy bought it. If you wanna change the code then you need to use the corect code and then do 000 and reset button to input the new code. Withouth the the corect code its unable to use 000 and the reset button.. It will not work.
