Just FYI Max, next time you in that area again, try another padang restaurant called Padang Surya, in my opinion it’s tastier than bopet mini (both are tasty, bopet mini like heaven, and padang surya is like seventh heaven).

Sapi = cow. Daging = meat. Daging actually means meat, however since most meat are beef, so oftentimes sellers just say meat to indicate beef. In Indonesia, most of cow's parts (and goat, and chicken) are cooked, even brain, innards, tendon, skin. If you can eat it, you'll have it.
