Good job keep it going. I have an Anvil 6.5 and love it. It gets easier each time I brew.

Thank you, thank you. This is so much better than using a pot on the stovetop. The next step is figuring out BrewFather for recipes so I don't have to rely on a kit.

Awesome! sounds like you'll have yourself a nice beer soon. do you do any water chem adjustments?

I was gifted some Water Salts(Burton), but actually haven't tried using them. My next brewing purchase is going to be a PH meter. Do you have any recommendations?

@@BrewNub yeah, find out what’s in your water! You can use RO water at any local water machine. I tend to use bru ‘n water for my water calculations. Then mess with the excel sheet to get my water profile. It even has a ph section to know if you’re within the parameters for beer.

Nice job. I have an Anvil 6.5 and am curious about the sparge as I don't have the pump to recirc ( I do vorlauf while the Anvil is getting up to mash-out temp) and I never have sparged. Are you getting a noticeably higher efficiency? My last batch showed 78% in BeerSmith. Cheers
