I used to subscribe to the magazine No Depression that featured articles on Americana artists. Mike Ireland was great and was from right here in Kansas City. He was so talented but gave up on the music industry. You showed some of my favorite artists. I have albums by most of the lesser known artists you showed. It was good to see Chris Wall.

Hey bro, thank you for stopping by. Chris Wall was a great guy. Unfortunately, we lost him to cancer a couple of years ago.. he was a fun guy to go out to eat Mexican with. You can still find no depression magazine they are online. That is sad to hear Mike Island quit music, I interview him once.
