This video is so helpful! I recently pulled my hamstring and lost ALL my flexibility and I only recently got my handstand and elbow stand back, still struggling with things involving my legs like my cartwheel and I lost my splits! But I’ll be following this video to get them all back ❤️

For some reason everyone seems to have given up when doing daily progress so here's mine: Day 1: Basically looks like a lunge not a split Day 2: Felt a lot easier and was straighter Day 3: Only about 2 inches of the ground Day 4: So close! 1 inch away Day 5: I did it!!! But with a not very straight back leg. Day 6: It's perfect!! Thank you!❤ Heads up I did dance twice a week at the time so it was fairly easy for me.

I just did a whole 13 mins of stretch and it worked perfectly! I had already learned how to do the splits and we’re good at them, but I lost my leg flexibility. Now I have gotten my flexibility back and now I can do splits again!

my quarantine goal too...But I'm just NOT flexible. I really want to get into sports like ballet, cheerleading, and gymnastics. My patience is at a medium level....I think I will try and stick with this until I am feeling great. Because before, I had PE. Now I just lay around lol

Just make sure that the pain you feel isn’t numbness, tingling, sharp, or UNBEARABLE If you push yourself further you can cause permanent damage and tear mucles

Been doing this for 2 days and went from 5 inches to 2 inches of the ground. I have played this video a total of 3 times and have gotten the best results here. For anyone doubting yourself you can do it. You just gotta belive and work hard. Ty Erica!

Day 1:I can Barely bend my knees Day 2:I didn't really improve since I kinda struggled with the pain from yesterday Day 3:I got way more progress than yesterday Day 4:It's so cold where I live so I struggled a bit from the cold but other than that I did better than Day 1 Day 5:I am only 4inches away from the ground I'll Update until I can do the splits

Guys learn a dance that makes u happy and every time u need to warm up, do that dance. It's a great way to start your stretches, it makes u happy and warms u up at the same time. Great for motivation:3!!

@@ericalinx I want to be able to just be flexible so I will be able to do better kicks and attempt leaps. I want to learn the splits and other moves, including moves that include floor work. I like contemporary dances, the way they move and emotion is amazing and I want to be able to do that one day x

OH MY... so. I could do the splits perfectly one year and 3 months ago, but and accident happened and my arm had to get surgery and I couldn't stand up from bed for A MONTH.. and so.. now here we are. AND I JUST STARTED TODAY AND IM ALMOST THERE!! TYSM ERICA!

If the chicken wing hurts that’s OK - focus on one of the other methods. A soft mat can also be helpful!
