this actually got me rlly flexible! thanks! i’ve never been good at middle splits. i’m really good at splits with my left leg in the front, so i realized i can stretch my right leg more to get them both as flexible which maybe could give me the middle splits

I have a playlist with all of your stretching videos and I shuffle it an do a random stretching routine every day. I'm an aerialist, and the center I practice at is closed obviously, so I'm really trying to get more flexible and not let my muscles atrophy while on lockdown. Your videos are so amazing, and I've learned a ton of awesome stretches from your videos that I've never done in my aerial classes or my school PE class. Thank a bunch for the amazing variety :)

I’ve learned the aerial after 2.5 years of practicing. My tips are you definitely should have a perfect and super quick star/side walkover. Then try doing the aerial on the trampoline and then when doing on the ground try to jump as high as you can! Make your body go up, and not down when jumping into aerial. You can help that with your arms, try to push them up as well, throw yourself up basically and just turn your legs really quickly. It takes practice but you’ll get it if you keep working!! Good luck

You may be flexible in certain areas, but tighter in others. That is normal! Try straddle holds - they will help Erical.in/straddle

Some people find discomfort in sitting on their knees - especially if they have bony/knobby joints. If this is the case definitely skip over these!

The last chicken wing stretch was very difficult for me I could not get my elbows to go down and further because of how painful it was on the outer hip please give a tip kind of loose. Up my outer hip!

What kind of discomfort - was it like a pull on the outside of your butt or like a hip flexor stretch?

Sarah Dakota if you want to fully achieve the splits I recommend doing this 3-4 times a week! To avoid losing your splits, you should stretch and practice at least once in a while, though I prefer doing a routine daily!💕

@@laneyy8631 it only took me an hour!!! I did these stretches probably about 3 or four times, and I got it!!! I’m not a very flexible person, so this is a HUUUGE accomplishment for me!!! Good luck!

thank you for this i dont know if this didnt work for anyone else i will follow this everyday it helped me even though im already a little flexible and can already do a side split i have very thick legs so my flexibility is very unlikely and the fact that this helped my flexibilitywith other things is amazing i know this video is old but i thank you for this because i am a young 10 year old majorette dancer and this helped alot!

I have been trying to get a splits, and I'm gonna try this one! My left leg is not so flexible, but my right one can do a kick that is really high and straightened

It’s normal to have one leg more flexible than the other. Try stretching your left leg a few seconds longer than your right!
