hacktuber I have gotten one that says ruding when plugged in when it boots and I got the usb tester that has bluetooth it is yellow in color and has usb 3 for the voltage test on usb 3 and able to rotate the screen! this tester I have has a usb type c input

I have one, it is not only a booster (voltage up) but also a buck (voltage down). You only showed half of what it's capable of. For beginners you should also have mentioned the Watt and Power limits in case somebody (a beginner) does something stupid.
