I would hope after dating a native Farsi speaker for 9 months that I could pronounce things a bit better. I will say I have not found any of the food that I didn't like including doogh.

If you’re ready to level-up, and this one is hard to find so perhaps his mother makes it, is kaleh pacheh (head hoof). Both my parents ate it but my brother and I could never bring ourselves to it 🤣

@@archaemes I have not met his mom yet. We are in Oregon, US. She lives outside London, England. Honestly, the concept doesn't bother me. I grew up in Pennsylvania, near the Amish. I grew up eating hog maw (stuffed pig stomach) and scrapple (everything edible ground up, seasoned and cooked with a cornmeal mush).
