I see this a lot when people around the world do these candy video's. I feel like the candy is seen like another snack that gets eaten in one go. While Dutch people do have a large variety of candy, they are very frugal in their way of eating candy. We often give kids only one candy at the time.

I am an american living in the Netherlands now for 8 years. Married 9 years to a dutch man. My first reactions to alot of these were the same. As for Drop/licorice, I always lived american licorice as Twizzlers, but after tasting the Dutch Drop, wow totally different. I remember my first reaction to zout drop. 😖😖😱😳 not what I expected. But I'm still getting used to it. Keep doing these videos I love the reactions .
