I request who ever wish to higher studies abroad or looking abroad job dont do 3 years ug degree. Always try 4 years 8 semester degree. Despite many years IT experiences, still documents issues will face in future. So always try to 4 year degree rather than 3 years ug.

My husband is working with TCS.. It’s been 2 years we moved to US.. but he has only 3 years degree but 14 years experience in IT.. (9 years with TCS.. )I think in TCS they only consider 4 years degree to apply for I140.. so can he do a 1 year MS course now and will that be counted as 4 year degree to apply I140 ? Not sure if it's a scam or legal. One employer said he will apply GC for me if I give him money. He said I do not need to be his present employee. GC is for future employment. If possible then pay 5-10k to apply GC and move it till i140. Then Your spouse can get EAD

Its clearly a scam,no one can get GC or get into the gateway of GC,it has to happen step by step and thats how USCIS is designed

I140 is for future employee and you don't need to be an employee for that employer. That part is true however the employer might be scamming you. I don't recommend other points you mentioned. I would stay away from these employers.

My wife had 2 years break after studies and had IT experience only for 9 months and in break again for last 2 years due to family circumstance. If I travel now, how long it will take for EAD process and what is her possibility to get job in USA?

EAD would take anywhere from about 3-8 months. You can apply H4 and EAD along with your H1B application too.

Some consultancy company will have people who are not in marketing position and wont be well trained on USA visa category. Some time, some times you have to tell them you are authorized to work in L2 EAD too...
