How about Lina 竜奈? Basically, Japanese don't read 竜 as "li". But once they know it's Lina, not Ryuna, they could remember it soon. Besides, I know a boy whose name is Riku. His name includes 竜 kanji.

How about "Ken" ?

Naomi It’s spelled the same in English and Romaji, which makes it easy for both American and Japanese to remember her name. Also, I think Emma (Ema) and Hannah (Hana) are too common in the US and Japan these days.

Nice to meet you, Yoko-san. I used to work for an American company in Kobe. There was a Japanese colleague, and she lived in L.A. when she was little. Her parents are Japanese and they still live in L.A. Anyway, her name is Maya. ひらがなで、まや。 It's also an American name, right?

Hi, yoko-san, nice to meet you. Is naming your little angel still open? What about "Kay"? It's actually my daughter's name. It 's pronounced just like how you pronounce it in English. As for Kanji there are various Kanji that you can apply to your sweet baby. Let me show you them as examples. They are 圭、恵、景、敬、啓、慶. All of them have good meanings. What Kanji you adopt is up to you. My daughtee's one is the first one though. By the way this name can be used for both genders. There's one last thing I'd like to say. Wishing you a smooth and safe delivery. I will be praying for you and your baby's health!

日本語名は、ローマ字読み(日本語読み)をすると可愛らしく聴こえるものでも、英語読みをしてしまうと可愛く聴こえなかったり、別の単語の意味を彷彿とさせてしまう言葉が多かったりして難しいですよね。 「Karaage」なんてのも典型的に英語ネイティブの人には発音しにくい表記ですし、日本語的な感覚と英語的な感覚は大きく異なってしまうので、私からはあまり良い案は思い付きません。 Youko-san (Is this spelled correctly?) I hope your baby grows up well.
In Japan, such English names are well known: Erika(恵里華), Ellie, Elina, Julia(樹里亜), Karen(かれん), Lisa, and May(愛衣). You can also use Kanji to arrange the font design or your wishes. I hope you have a happy delivery!
Kanjis meaning of dragon(龍, 竜, 辰) are commonly used for male name. Some females are named 辰子(Tatsuko) or 辰美(Tatsumi), but it sounds like old lady.lol Moreover, the pronunciations are quite difficult for English native speakers.
How about Emma? It sounds Japanese and Americans can pronounce it.

My name is also hard to pronounce for US people, so I agree with your idea. Then how about following… Rika Sara Mika: maybe it’s common for male name Emma Ann
