@@Amuzic I agree with your assessment. I am sure defence establishment is also aware of this. That is why India is developing BMD (Ballistic Missile Defence) systems. We also have Swordfish longe range radar. I think MRSAM and LRSAM are already protecting India. XRSAM is also under development, it will bridge between Barak 8 and S400. I hope we will also buy S500. If an ICBM is shot down before the chain reaction begins then the nukes become dead and harmless. We have Ashwin Ballistic Missile Interceptor that can easily destroy any ICBM even before they enter the atmosphere. Clearly shows who is ignorant here

S400 can easily track incoming jets from 400 KM distance carrying Nuke and can destroy them in air itself. And if Pak tries to launch ICBM then we have Ashwin Ballistic Interceptor developed in 2007 that can destroy ICBMs from an altitude of 15 KM. Now it's upgraded and it can destroy from an altitude of 40 KM. Clearly you don't have any idea how ICBM works or what's the boost phase. An ICBM can be easily destroyed in the boost phase. Learn boost phase and re entry phase first.
