Amiga Vampire 4 Standalone Core Update with Flicker Free AGA hires interlace screens

Team is working on an testing a flicker free AGA video core that implements A3K "Amber Chip" flicker fixer / scan doubler in core. Normally one would use a SAGA or other RTG mode for hires flicker free screens this allows you to run HIRES INTERLACED screens without RTG mode promotion or external flicker fixer. IT's all done in core.
