Second, the choir conductor, in the center with gray hair, is the acclaimed Christo Burger, who has participated in master classes at the Juilliard School of Music in New York, USA, and also at the Royal College of Music in London, UK. Third, the exceptional instrumentalists, selected from the Classics Symphonic Orchestra, who always play in the editions of Classics is Groot, in which Amira has participated since she was a child. Fourth, the refined and award-winning pianist Charl du Plessis, Steinway ambassador. He personally went to Germany to choose this Steinway Model C Piano. He also acts as music director for this concert. He played with Amira numerous times. Amira's rehearsals are basically just her and Charl du Plessis. This one is from 2020. It's taken from her concert An African Christmas with Amira and friends. It's been put out recently with the lyrics added. Not sure if it's Italian or Latin. The aria is from a Verdi opera, La Forza del Destino. The heroine, Leonora, sings it when fearing for her life. Amira 's most recent video release only came out a few days ago. It is titled Amen, and she sings it with the Ndlovu youth choir, from south Africa. It is a real gem and worth reacting to.
