Nazneen Miah Hello Nazneen, you are right; Mail Merge feature can used with anything where you need to insert/merge elements from a file in a document. So you can create Labels and also send out customized Emails with people's name/company/address in right places rather than just "hello everyone".

Let's say for example, if I wan to send those letter to the peoples e-mails, instead of mail addresses for e-mail, not mail, through email, and of course you don't want the rest the persons, see there rest of the others recipients e-mail. I don't know if you get my point.. Same concept but instead of mail to E-mail, if you want to send the letter to the receipts e-mail. if you can help please. Thank you

Hello Sir, I have a conversion sheet that I currently need to check raw scores against to be able to put them in the right column. I want to be able to simply insert scores on the excel spreadsheet and then do a mail merge with my template so that the scores automatically generate a tick in the test sitters feedback sheet. I have not taken any tests, but there is no difference between Mail Merge 20013 and 2016.

Hi, Thanks for video. have a query. My address block only shows name later I need to add address with the match field option but the address block in this video come with address already. Why it doesn't come when I make address block. Kindly explain.

You will need to change the Heading of the columns that store the Address fields. See what name does Word expect from you for Address, City, State etc and try to use the same name. If you want, start the Mail Merge and for the Data Source use "Create New list" and see the headings that Word uses for Address fields, and use them in your list file.

Hi Amir, how to segregate the letters? I have merged 800 names now im done with it. Now i should be sending them to each recipient via email. So is there any way where I dont have to do it manually?

The next video shows how-to use Mail Merge to send out Emails. The idea is pretty much the same, but instead of choosing Letters, you choose Email as the option. And hopefully you have people's email address as part of the Record. Hope this helps, what you have are 800 letters, which can used for printing and mailing it physically to people. Just save your work, especially your 800 names and do the process for Email and you will need Outlook to send out the emails.

Mira Long I don't think so in Microsoft Word. But did one for Microsoft Publisher. Also for Microsoft word try to download a template from the maker of the business cards, it will make it easy. Here is the link to the Microsoft Publisher 2010 video. Microsoft Publisher 2010

usually you get to choose the label template; which will set the margins. so if you are using Avery paper, they will have a number that you can use. or else you will need to set custom size.
