Do you count Brooklyn? There’s a similarly conservative Mennonite church located on the Brooklyn-Queens border. Those that are born and bred in Brooklyn are generally less conservative than those that cycle in and out from Pennsylvania.

There are a lot of Mennonites in Kentucky too. They’re actually here and there here in eastern Kentucky. The Mennonites have a store a county over from me and they have electricity and all that good stuff. I guess that’s one of the things that have set them apart from the Amish in years past.

These are Mennonites. Clothing, hair coverings, hair cuts are different. Amish don't street preach/sing.

Because it gives people appreciation of all that is humble and respectful, based on hard work and dedication to home family values. It also, brings back an appreciation of the times in the 18th and 19th centurys when the agricultural life-style was simple with God, and God given talent and ingenuity was foremost. Most secular (English) citizens are not willing to make the sacrifices of that life-style...but admire it from a distance.
