Thank you so much for this video. I started following your channel while I was living in the UAE for work. I was originally just looking for fun things to do in UAE on a budget. (good luck!) I decided to visit Jordan, and Amman Pasha because of this video. One of the most amazing trips I've ever had. Absolutely incredible.

Wow!! Absolutely terrific!! The video quality was fine on my phone - everything looked crisp & clear on it. Just fantastic history. I’ve been to some Roman ruins in France, in Paris and Bordeaux. They look so similar, but the amphitheater there is huge. Incredible stuff. Can’t wait to see Petra! I’m so glad you’re able to go to new countries and share them with us. Thank you. 👍🏼✌🏼😊

Hey Gabe! Glad to see you made it to Jordan! Amman is awesome and great views of the city from atop the Roman Citadel. I actually ate at the restaurant at that hotel a few times and the food is good. You can also get beer and wine there, since it isn’t widely available in Jordan. Petra is awesome! It is huge! Tons of different hiking opportunities beyond just the immediate obvious stuff you see. Two full days minimum though, is my recommendation. 1 day just isn’t enough. Enjoy!

What a fascinating place...I think I prefer the older places with an abundance of ancient history over the modernity of UAE ...just prefer to travel and see places that are different than what I am used to here in the West. Are you going to try the Turkish bath, Swedish massage, etc. at this interesting hotel? The Dead Sea mud wrap sounds fascinating! Are you going to swim in the Dead Sea?

Looks like a wonderful start, Jordan is one of my very favourite countries! Check out a restaurant called Hashem, I believe its near your hotel, awesome and super cheap! Since you are planning to go to Petra, be sure to visit little Petra as well which is less touristy, we loved it! Also its worth getting the 2 day pass for Petra if time permits. Bring snacks because the food there is super expensive and you will want to be there for the day. Really enjoying the vids so I can reminisce of my time there last february/march. Thank you and have a great time!

Didn't you mention that you had the Jordan card? That includes the airport entry visa and free attractions. So, the entry to those sites should have been free. At least when I did research a year ago, it was included? If you go to Israel, make sure you request that they don't stamp your passport (but give you a document to place inside your passport) or you will be denied future entry to some other countries. Just a reminder, if you already know.
@GabrielTravelerVideos7 жыл бұрын
Yes I did get the Jordan pass. I didn't even think about it for that site there. I'll remember to ask everywhere I go.

when you go to Beirut Lebanon make sure you visit the new souk in the newly developed downtown area, and don't forget to take a walk on its cournich where it's bustling with people. A lot of places to party for sure.. and If you like Ancient Ruins and History you can visit Baalbeck city in the Beqaa Valley, it's very Rich in History and Probably the best Roman Temples in the Middleeast are located there.

Hey Gabriel! You mentioned that you hoped to go to Lebanon and or Israel after Jordan. I just advise you to check how easy it is to travel from Lebanon to Israel. Once upon a time you could not travel from one to the other. I remember hearing that following the War some years back. The restrictions probably no longer apply, but it would be worth researching it beforehand.
@GabrielTravelerVideos7 жыл бұрын
Correct, traveling between the two isn't possible unless you go to another country, I'm pretty sure. I would have to come back to Jordan or fly somewhere else. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.
