We have two of these machines. In June, I made about 250,000 rounds of 124gr. I'm currently converting one of them to a 115gr 9mm round. We have supplies to manufacture around 450,000 rounds. I typically run the machines at around 3,100 rounds per hour. Sample 5 rounds every 500 through a chronometer and bullet checker. These are great machines. Probably going to purchase 5 more by the end of the year.

The internet scares me!!!! I just got into reloading last month. I already went through 1,000 rounds of 9mm, and I needed some more. Was having a hard time finding the 115 grain round nose I like, but literally stumbled upon Everglades website and they had some available. I ordered them 30 minutes ago, got on KZbin and this video is at the top of my feed!!!! Weird!

The current pricing is about $34,500 with their table. They had a price increase after SHOT. Current lead time is 6 to 8 months. I believe they sold about 20 machines at SHOT.

110 VAC. Yes, they are available for rifle calibers. We do not manufacture these machines. They are from Ammoload Worldwide.

At 30k, you would have to sell ~300,000 9mm rounds to break even. Not bad. 300 people buying 1k round cases. And that's at street costs of components. 3 cents brass, 2.5 cents powder, 3 cents primers, 8 cents bullet. 16 cents to make a round. 26 cents to sell. What surprises me is Freedom Munitions. $200 for a case of 115gn 9mm. $225 for 147gn. I reload 147gn at 17 cents. I save 7 cents a around (texas tax). I make 1 round every 5 seconds. I reload for $50 an hour :P.

+joshv06 Your costs are tool low, you haven't factored in Labor, Cost of Equipment, Insurance, Licenses, rent, electric, and other associated costs.
@kkirschkk8 жыл бұрын
unless your making the brass it is more like 10 cents, the bullet is about 4 cents and primers 3 cents, still comes about the same price, looking to get into making rand new brass on an industrial scale, right now it is looking to be around 0.18 per 7.62 round that sells for 0.25, makes around 14.4k [the stuff I plan on using] but costs 750k to get

@@kkirschkk If youre payin .10$ a piece for 9mm brass you need to look around a little better man
@eightiesbabyrecords6 жыл бұрын
@@breed4659 right... I make around 5 million rounds of 9mm per year on a mark x in the commercial setting. reloads guaranteed 100%. and brass has never cost me 10 cent per round unless it was pre primed and polished. and even then it think it was 9 cent with a primer.

@TheGunnut9512 жыл бұрын
it all depends on the round i did the math for a 9mm factory is .30 and to reload your self is .23 so you save .07 on each bullet..... but your larger bullets will be cheaper to reload than buy

@EvergladesAmmo10 жыл бұрын
The stages are: 1. Case Entry 2. Foreign Object Check 3. De-prime and Size 4. Primer Insertion 5. Bell 6. Powder Drop 7. Powder Check 8. Bullet Seating 9. Crimp 10. Final size A few more stations and checks than a standard progressive press.

i can make 9mm using 115 grain montana gold bullets for about 8.50/50 rounds. 45 acp using lead 230 grain for about $5/50
4 жыл бұрын
I will buy 5,000. Does that include delivery? I am confused why 45apc is cheaper? 45 always cost me a bit more but is my favorite round, luckily they are not nearly as pricy as my 44mag. I still have not found any affordable and fully automatic reloaders for brass. A South African company made a good shotgun reloader I saw a decade ago. However, this was before the black majority started genociding the whites in Marxist rage.

sold to anyone who can afford it for 45k but this machine is high capacity output. close to 40k rounds per day. commercial use. no one person would need that much. try mark 7 reloading "revolution" machines
