@@littlemoth4956 The pure ironie is, that the shadow never tryed to kill him.before he worked On the orbs with Alexander. So if Daniel has stayed in London, he might never been killed or attacked. He would reclaim the orb or force Daniel to put her back to Algeria

​​@@leonreidenbach7106nah the shadow would have killed Daniel sooner or later because he was an uninitiated in the Mithraic arts. It basically destroys everything in its path until it reaches the orb bearer but it' so slow about it whole weeks can pass before it does. The same happened with Agrippa as mentioned in a letter of his; the thing killed everything in its path to the orb, but left him alone because he did know how to somewhat handle it. (I how the comment is 2 years old but still wanted to answer)
