Lovely Jubbly, a block of wood usually helps, it also absorbs the noise.

Result. It's amazing how much you can do with a sturdy tree or lamp post and some DIY tools. With practice you'll find you can produce some pretty amazing results...

Great progress . When you were pulling sideways it was dragging the car, a piece of 4x4 timber against the tree and the wheel centre would have give you a bit more anchorage . You have persevered with it and you have got it pretty good ,now a bit of welding and it will be sorted .Well done for giving this car another chance.

I was going to tie it to the panda but it was pulling the crease out so I just went with it. It was my first time so I’ll take on board what you’ve said for next time. Thanks for the support also 👍

@@everydaysalvage You have done well . Its not easy when your doing it all on your own you always feel like you could do with a second pair of hands.

Richard Mounfield it was my first time doing anything like that. I normally just replace bolt on stuff but you don’t know what it’s like until you remove those panels.

Ahhh, the infamous whine on K-Series rovers 😁 I think it's the ECU that does it. Fun fact if you don't know already - these Rovers exhibit some very strange behaviour when the alternator is dieing or battery is a bit low. E.g wipers turning on and off by themselves, telephone-like alarm sounding when trying to start, boot flying open by itself on saloons when trying to start etc etc. It's pretty comical when they do it 😂 Don't be surprised if the streetwise does it after sitting around for a bit 👍

Never had that before , had a 214 back in the day and that had issues but was down to the immobiliser and not having a fob.

I reported this filth as well on another video. I think it's a bot as it's usually the same sites under different fake names
