It would be great to have a demo like this for using these frames to frame thin panels. I'd like to have a video I could refer customers to so they can see exactly how to frame art on thin panels.

I agree! Is it available yet? I’m not sure how to attach the risers to the back of the board? Wood glue? And then drill into the risers?

@@amydiamondbarnes shot and in queue for editing. Wood glue works great for a strong, permanent bond. Silicone adhesive works great for a reversible bond in the event that you would like to remove them later.

Why can't you make a floater frame that already works with the depth of an uncradled panel?

Using wood glue to attach the risers to the back of a panel would seem to make that attachment too permanent, in that if you want to remove the risers at some later point it might tear off parts of the panel. Wouldn't something like silicon glue be better? It's a strong bond, but can taken off by undercutting with a knife.

Yes, wood glue would definitely be permanent. This is one option proposed in this video from The Artists Network. In other videos, we make other recommendations including 100% silicone adhesive as a reversible option. Adhesive Velcro could also be used.

Nice, I like 'em but pricey

Great quality and value, especially compared to custom framing!

he's right. Go to a custom framing store and see how much they charge to do custom framing for you....hundreds of dollars???

Terrible . I bought which was $100 and can’t even make it convenient making me have to do drilling. I’ve never used drill in my life and had to buy drill separately

never used a drill in your life? That's kind of sad.
