New Truck!! - 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD LTZ Dually!!

Welp! I traded in my 2017 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve Diesel for a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD LTZ Dually!!
This truck is awesome! So many badass features and the power is outstanding! 470hp and 975ft/lbs trq!

Very nice truck, I definitely want one. I think you made a much better choice getting a 3500 diesel vs a 2500 diesel. In my opinion if you're going to get a diesel you should to go straight to a 1-ton because you lose so much payload capacity with a diesel in a 3/4 ton. You might start out with conventional trailers but if you end up going to gooseneck and fifth wheels you're going to really wish you had that payload capacity.

Thanks man! That's exactly my thoughts well! The cost difference between the 2500 LTZ and the 3500 LTZ was only $3800. I don't see the point to going to a 2500 SRW.

@@z31online also in my state of Minnesota 1 ton truck are in a different classification when it comes to renewing tabs every year. For new half ton and 3/4 ton trucks tabs are around $600 then decrease slightly every year until they get down to around $80 after 10 years, however 1 ton trucks have a flat rate of $120 a year regardless of age. So in Minnesota after 6 years you'll make up about $2500 of that $3800 extra you spent on a 1 ton with the savings on tabs

Congrats! Nice, very nice, I have the 2023 3500 CCLB Duramax SRW, I wanted a dually but at the time I had a motorhome so I really didn't need one and still don't, later a few months ago we traded in the motorhome for a North Point 5th wheel, and the SRW can handle the NP still what about the payload.

Thank you! Yeah coming from the Titan Diesel, this 3500 DRW is a BEAST! My neighbor is a big Chevy guy. He has a 2006 2500 (lifted, tuned, etc) and he bought a 2020 3500 SRW a few years ago. He pulls a 5th wheel and it handles it no problem. I suppose he was the influence on why I went Chevy overall. But I did test drive the Ram 3500 and it wasn't as comfortable as a Chevy 3500. Overall, I'm very stoked about having a badass truck!
