AMS2 1986 Brazilian GP - 32 Laps w Commentary (Condensed) & Updated Custom Liveries

--- Special Note ---The Immersion Modding Group has updated the helmets for the custom 1986 F1 skin pack! I got a note about this from the team after I had already completed the race, however I was able to include the latest skin pack file for use in the 'Trackside shots' - a late re-edit allowed me to show off the awesome work they have done! Did you notice the silhouette profiles accuracy? I think I got them all correct. Little after effects work to make the title overlays and now can re-use for other 86 races. :)

Very good race! AMS2 has had a big progress since the last time I tried it. I did the first four 1986 races in AMS2 and had a blast. Keep up long races.

Really appreciate the comment! Yes ams2 has improved a lot. Very cool about your races, did you do the full distance or a percentage? I have decided a 45 to 50 min replica race works out for a video like this. It’s a lot to edit but I’ll try to make more as they are fun to do!

@@kevin_m I did 40/50 minutes for endurance races and 20/25 for sprint races. I tend to do shorter lately, as you said it's a lot to edit.

5:15 beautiful overtake and the fast left corner adjustment there Kev saving him ton of room while making a better line for yourself. I agree Im starting to make time for longer races as u really learn a lot from tire wear, Ai etc. great vid man

Awesome video! BTW, How did you get the timings right on the replay? My AMS2 replays always glitch the timings/standings and sometimes the cameras too!

Thanks appreciate it! For the replays I make sure they are saved post race, then I just usually use the trackside footage and record the playback with OBS. Then I time it using the starting grid lights to match it up in Adobe Premiere. I don’t get too many glitches luckily. The trackside cameras sometimes are not great though for some tracks.

@@kevin_m Yeah... I have been having trouble with Suzuka and a few others... I started a championship to upload and when I went to record the footage, the timings and track-side cameras were broken :( Also the pit crews many times are standing on the main straight... After so many "fixes and updates" I feel kind of disappointed at the devs because I really like this game and the bugs I mentioned and a few others ruin the whole experience for me.
