Fun video! The concept of jaywalking doesn't exist in the Netherlands. You're allowed to cross the road wherever you want when there's a gap in traffic. At a zebra crossing, pedestrians have priority. You just go and bicycles will slow down if they need to. At the Rijksmuseum, you could have easily crossed while you were waiting for bicycles to pass. I always think it's weird when I see tourists just waiting at the zebra crossings, but I guess Dutch bicycle traffic takes time getting used to. Funny to hear you say 'on your left' to that runner. No one does that here, he probably didn't know what you meant. Glad you enjoyed the city!

There is no J-walking in the Netherlands. You can cross the street in any which way you like and think you can survive.

You turn the camera too swiftly, it is nauseating. Please keep it steady and turn the camera slowly, so people can enjoy the video because it is a good and informative diary.

I do not understand jay walking in America! Pedestrians should have priority. The Netherlands is superior to America in that manner!
