That’s actually a Dash 9 model painted in a Phase 4 scheme (notice the single blue stripe) but it’s missing the logo, because what I think, is that they don’t want to get sued by Amtrak for stealing their logo. I don’t know, just a guess. Also I don’t know what movie this is. And also the horn is a K5H (BC Rail used those horns) not the K5LA (Amtrak’s signature horn) yet some dash 8 locomotives (dash 9 from the clip doesn’t count) had these horns (and still do today).
