Countries with cheese culture (France, Italy, Switzerland, etc) do it artesanally, and the taste of those cheeses are amazing. You can't call Amul's cheese amazing! Especially the "Pizza Cheese". It's plastic. Look in KZbin how they do the real Mozzarella in Italy. Or how they do the Emmental in Switzerland. Now we are talking! If you taste those cheeses, then you will know the difference, what I'm talking about. Of corse, until then, you will think that Amul cheese is fantastic, when in reality IS NOT!

You contaminate the milk by transferring the milk from... milk collection centers...through tankers... Then to pre treatment area.. Then raw milk storage cylos.. To processing sections.. The packaging process.. After which transport.. and then 2 days later the milk reaches the customers through the vendor.. The cheese making technology is great.. But the Milk that customers consume everyday should have less roadblocks till it is packaged and distributed.
