First thing I thought when I read the title was “hopefully, it’s a Drop Tower retheme”. It’s so annoying how it doesn’t fit at all in Med Faire lol.

Drop Tower is dying for a retheme. It stands out like a sore thumb in Med Faire because of that paint job. It looks untouched from my memories of when it was the hottest new ride in CW back in 97'

I'm actually pretty surprised drop tower is staying around, I would've thought most of the Intamin towers would've gone away over the next couple years

@@dreamy.reader52 mostly because of Carowinds removing theirs. Cedar Fair in the past would add/remove the same ride types between multiple parks in a fairly short span, so I figured Intamin drop towers might've been one of those. They're also just older rides (I think they're all about 30 now), and with the chain trying to tighten up their maintenance budget it would've made sense for it to go.

No merch this year, just lots of food/chocolate/popcorn, etc. Much smaller than in previous years.

Neat. Good to see the rethemeing for Quioxettes Kettles. I've hoping that Wonderland would do that along with the holders too. How about Iron Spiral. I think Wonderland would retheme drop tower because it has a very generic name and doesn't fit into the Med Fair theme AT ALL. I was very confused when I first came to this park and saw that there.

we got grande world then soon International Festival/Alpenfest & then medieval faire, so i hope in the future for more thing is Frontier Canada because i feel like this area is not done yet so happy new year amusement insiders ^^

I'm hoping it's a from Intamin. I've been so worried about this since Carowinds are closing their drop tower. I love this ride, and have some attachment to it, and yes, I know rides closed etc etc.
