Yup I do, sometimes my moving joystick takes the control of my aiming without any reason. So when I move my left thumb to move, it moves my reticle. You'll see in in the replay at the end of the video, when I aim for the Lupus for the 3rd time.

I A Yes, I know what you’re referring to. Not the auto aim thing but the fact that I’m missing shots I am sure I was making before the update. I’ve checked using the replay function and what I think is happening is that they’ve adjusted the shot mechanics within dispersion. What I mean by that is that the shots are landing within the dispersion aiming circle but importantly, not exactly where the aiming point is. So if you aim at the side of a target at 90 degrees to you and your aiming point is the track gap on an is3 for example but your aiming circle is large enough to cover the top of the engine deck there’s a chance you could miss the target altogether with the shot firing over the engine deck. Same with aiming for turret hatches or small weak spots on turrets. Even tanks with .30 odd dispersion that I would’ve expected to hit what I’m aiming at hatch wise are missing. And at some ridiculously close distances, like 100 metres or less.

Leander Anselm True but the IS5 was a heavily subsidised purchase and only available through clan purchase at a certain researched level of clan skills (can’t remember now exactly what it was but it was reasonably high at the time). So it’s not exactly a fair comparison. And as Bushka shows in the video, the AMX is a totally different type of heavy to an is5.

I have this in pc and the way to play it is to angle the front around the corners and hide the drive wheel and side plates. This gave me 10 thousand blocked damage in a singe game. The only penned place was my cupola. Great tank recommend it

oh no wafer thin sides. it must be balanced, haha don't kid yourself bushka. this tank is essentially a tiger 2 on steroids. side armor doesn't mater when your frontal armor is nearly impenetrable. just look at the m6 mutants.

Not that huge different really! It makes sense the PC would have better armor because it can meet tier 10 while in blitz tier 8 doesn't face tier 10 anymore! Also in PC version there are many tanks that have very high penetration compared to tanks in blitz that have lower pens so obviously giving it 190mm going to break the game! Even 175mm still very thick and the turret is 250mm is even thicker! This thing is superior to Tiger 2 even IS-3 where the armor of these tanks is like a joke compare to the AMX M4. And everyone probably should know by now that free heavy tanks like Tiger 2 is becoming obsolete because other tier 8 both premium medium and heavy tanks are more fun to play.

I think once a year WOT should offer its clients the chance to create their own tank. This offer should last for a couple of weeks and it allows the clients to create their own tank properties but those properties are balanced. By balanced I mean for example - If you want a super fast tank then you have to sacrifice something like amour or mobility or gun handling. It would be interesting to see what everyone thinks makes a good tank!

'237mm pen is pretty much what you get on your tier 8 heavy tank' >kv4 BIG gun+ equipment >nearly 300mm pen on its AP and a lot more on its APCR

Seems they were fair enough with this and didn't make it OP like an is3 Def, Helsing, Drac, T-54 mod 1 and a few others. Sadly, they got rid of the cupola & hatch weaknesses on many other tanks, increasing the amount of pen needed to pen them by a ridiculous amount...(t110 & friends)...but it's nice to know there is a place to hit this thing with a skilled shot from the front. It makes for a good tank that forces the player to put some effort into playing smart.

Can they please add something to the game that's not a tier eight heavy? There's a distinct lack of tier 8 premium lights (or lights at tiers higher than 8) in the game and it kinda sucks to go into a match and only fight IS-[insert number here] variants. Some more variety in premium tanks would probably get more people buying them (so long as they're ballenced and fairly priced)

It's 8Sept20 now and it's back on sale for 15k gold together with the Action X in a bundle. The 16K gold box deal for $20 makes the tanks less than $10 each. I got the bundle because I wanted the Action X primarily but to my delight, I found out what a beast this one is - possibly more fun than the Carnarvon.

As Bushka said if you're an experienced player and that means good then this tank is for you....if you can afford it. Noob Friendly Tier 8 Tanks are the IS-6, FCM 50 Titi, SuperPershing, AMX CDC, the Premium VK, and ofc the T 54 Mod 1 (probably the best tank in tier 8 and most fun to play) ;). That T-44-100 is bad, stay away from that garbage.

SS B frenchies are not for new players. Stick with soviet heavies for a while. If you're getting only 52 wr on soviet heavies you're gonna get 45 wr for practically any french tank.
