The impact of "Lead Me On" makes a ton of sense to me. I bought the album when it first came out and listened to it over and over; VERY impactful songs. Well-written and perfectly produced; a stronger and more melancholy take on the life with the Lord.

Amy looks great at 52! I still see her on her stool with guitar in hand back in 1980! My My how time flys! I was in Robbie's record store in Denver and remember how I thought about how beautiful her hair was! Later it was the song "My Father's Eyes" that got my attention for a long time. My mother is a musician and songwriter even at 85 one can still do a favorite thing in life! Mom is Dec 1st and has been in it since she was about 8-12. Never stop making music Amy!

I used to be one of her naysayers, but I respect her so much. Amy Grant personifies Amazing Grace in the manner she treats and react to all different types of people regardless if they are Sinners or Saints of Society. You can agree or disagree with her Theology, but you cannot deny she follows Christ not by religiosity but by a relationship with her Maker.

A lot of white women in NC has told me I was a nice looking 'Blackman'. Did they hold back most of their racism, or thought I was attractive, but typically would not give a 'Blackman' a compliment of his good-looks? This wasn't racism but a compliment of someone that caught my attention that is 'white', because 'white' women doesn't get my attention.
