Lisa, your words are like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Thank you for watching. We appreciate it. There is a PhD thesis waiting to be done on the psychological appeal of "anonymous" online comments. I'm sure people who have little sense of agency in life find it an enjoyable outlet to express pedantic opinions about all kinds of things....usually things tangential to the point of the video/article itself. A moment's superior feeling seems worth hurting someone's feelings.

I have to totally agree with what you said. I took early retirement from the gov't twice and I have seen this behavior before. Some people want to feel superior to others for a minor slip-up to hold the other person down. I've done transcription for psychiatrists with medication lists so I know how important proofreading is to accuracy. Some just have to be nasty to bring others down so they can feel superior. Bottom line, that's why they do it !

I do the same except I add fresh garlic, tomatoes, a bit of milk and sweet chilli flavoured tuna and add it to a bed of jasmine rice with a little soy sauce. I also add in some Italian mixed herbs, a tea spoon of oregano and a teaspoon of cumin spice. In a rice cooker you put in about a cup of jasmin rice and two cups of water and you just turn it on to cook and once the rice is cooked, you add about a desert spoon of soy sauce to it and mix in well. The end result is delicious and gives you two large plates.
