In Helsinki (Finland), it seems like we will be working remotely till August, at least. And we are expecting the second wave. Cities reopened schools a week ago, and the next day some of them were already closed for a quarantine....

in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I've spent my last semester of faculty at home, with online classes. In my city, there was only one covid-19 case in these two and a half months, and now everything is reopening in the whole country (we only have 3.5 milion residents in Bosnia) And next week we are going back to faculty and I'm so excited, even though we only go back to take our exams. I’m freshly out of art school, moving to D.C. from The Netherlands in a few months. I’m so worried about finding a creative job (design/illustration) there. From the outside, D.C. doesn’t seem like THE place to be for a young designer like myself.

to be 100% honest, it’s not the most creative city in the states for sure. that being said, there is SUCH an opportunity here for growth and to make a name for yourself bc it’s so much less saturated compared to NYC or LA. It’s challenging sometimes but the sense of community is really incredible!!!

Like people are excited. I appreciate the convenience of things opening back up but I’m def not acting like everything is back to normal😩
