White Ceremonial Magic is akin to the surgeon's scalpel, whereas prayer is like performing an operation with a dull, crude instrument. You see, you need to be using specific symbols to focus upon for the duration of the Calling. Colors, Shapes, Directions, Archangels, Hebrew.... All unified into one. See Kabbalah for one. It's the ONLY way to get to the true underlying reality of sacred texts like the Torah. There's a kind of blueprint behind reality. Yes. You are familiar with the Catholic Mass. That is a (mass) magical ceremony. _ADONAI_

I drove my life into a ditch (via alcohol and shame) five years ago. Several rehabs later, I FINALLY got serious treatment (EMDR) and started working the AA program with diligence. I've got 3 years sober now and am reaping blessings which I, quite honestly, could never have felt I deserved. Stay Strong, Jeff.

I spent about an hour watching this feeling like they were talking to me directly...I am almost 50 years old and have a shattered sense of self. I have massive capabilities, yet I always sabotage my future because of my absolute shit upbringing "demons". My mental navigator is Hell bent on steering me into the rocks Rage, gallons of whiskey and numerous law enforcement encounters have only fueled my malicious feeling of self. This brutally honest telling of a fellow tribesman's struggle, failures, and path to redemption just might be the best thing to have happened to me ❤

This made me cry. Having an addictive personality which led me to many addictions in my life, I can relate. All I can say is, when it comes to you, and it will, don't run away from God, run TOWARD Him. Because there's no where else to go except further down, and you don't want to go there. I didn't read the book. I can't afford books, those are luxury items for me. So I appreciate this content. Thank you Glenn and Jeff, for this honest conversation. This is the common family dynamic when God doesn't exist in a culture, when we throw God out; out of our country, our institutions, our schools and out of our homes, the house will not stay empty: the demons come in. He comes to kill, rob and destroy.

Ecclesiastics. That was always my feeling about life, even as a teenager. I totally got the gerbil story! 😂 God moves through sponsors for sure. Mine told me to do something kind for another without them knowing I did it. Resentments meant I had to say this prayer... Lord bless them and change me. I really enjoyed and learned from Jeff's story about how our anger can be triggered which surprised me. Like how we get angry to cover up sadness, not just fear. 20 years sober and we never stop learning. God is amazing how he saves us from ourselves. I feel we are blessed to have had struggles to teach us the best lessons that not everyone gets to learn. God bless Glenn and Jeff for sharing. Worship and service. ✝️🙏❤️

I have been a Christian my whole life ! I actively pray n have known that I need help for a long time n yet couldn’t seem to get to the root of where it comes from. Unfortunately, my husband wouldn’t get help and love us enough to fight for us 😢❤️🙏

Have to thank to thank you again glenn. And thank you jeff. I’ve enjoyed your comedy for a few years now. And heard you give bites of your life in your specials. Congratulations on your triumphs, successes and not giving up. Sponsors, eskimos and the 12th step. There is something about them. That gets us out of self and serving others. That makes this world a little easier to get through everyday. Enjoyed your story and could relate to quite a bit of your internal struggles and demons. I hope people get to read and hear about your life. Your journey is pretty amazing. Thanks again. Much success going into the future. Love and respect to you both.

wow what an incredible interview. There's some new news in the world of alcoholism I'd like to share. Alcohol itself may not be the culprit. sugar's and grains are just as addictive, whether they're fermented into alcohol or rolled into a Little Debbie snack cake. The addiction seems to be the same. I know this from personal experience. People who remove all fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds and sugar from their diet and go to an all animal-based diet are having success getting themselves off alcohol. I think it's time we will remove the candy from the tables. If you can't stop drinking alcohol, try the diet method first. Most find that craving for alcohol dissipates. ❤💪🔥

The scientists are working on this as we speak. The brain sees the sugar and hits you with endorphins. So, anyone who is susceptible, suddenly needs intense sugar, which can be easily found in liquor.

The story of the gerbil reminded me of what I used to think 40 years ago before I had kids and forgot. It's amazing the revelations we can so easily forget while being flooded by so many distractions in life. I didn't call it, "moving sticks". I called it, "moving dirt". That's all people do who don't know the Lord. Everything down here is nothing but dirt, and we spend our lives just moving it from one place to another. I needed that reminder at this point in my life, because I am being evicted soon and I'm too old and sick to accomplish such a feat, have no money and no one to help me. It's okay. It's all just dirt anyway, including our bodies.
