This is one of the most beautiful places imaginable. I can tell the previous owners really cared for it exceptionally well. I do hope the new owners understand how much money and time it is going to take to maintain this place. The costs will be staggering and this is a HUGE undertaking. This place in the wrong hands will fall to ruin and I would hate to see such a stunning Chateau be lost.

This chateau and its grounds are stunningly gorgeous! For the new owners, what a happy find and a wonderful place to call their new home. For the sellers....I wonder if they feel some sadness, selling their home? When our family ranch got sold after my father's death, I actually mourned for several years. But alas, new owners can be a blessing in their own way to a property! LOVED the tour!

She made remark about how many contact her and how many there looking for chateaux. She makes it look wonderful... with out you tube or income, it has to be hard to maintain unless insulated and heated. water plumbing etc roof all good... I am losing interest in the buyers vlog cause they wont be there for a long time yet.

The chateau is incredibly well maintained, must cost a fortune to do this , just to keep up with the gardens , the pool, heat the place and pay the taxes. Regardless of the on going deep pockets required to own this place , it’s a dream if you can manage it all. The forest and the meadow and stream would complete the property.

Besides Lalande, this is the only place I've seen on TCD that I'd want to actually live in. The decor, architectural details and out buildings - icing on the cake, cherry on the top. I'd happily rent the second apartment just as a away from home base during winters in Michigan.

I would LOVE to see you get someone to groom your trees and forest areas at LaLande Stephanie. There is nothing more beautiful than cared for trees with cleared trunks, and freed of unhealthy, and/or dangerous branches... and keeping the ground cleared in the forest areas helps so much in case of a spark gone astray. There is an art to clearing out trees, so that the more beautiful trees can thrive with great health and shine.

Nick and Son are their super tree man/team. See the big tree removal Vlogs of the past. A long term plan is in place for the forest trees and Davy can have the new trees in garden and yard planted this fall.

This place is just astounding. For all it’s regal elegance it’s so incredibly homey, bright and welcoming, and the views are stunning in every direction as far as the eye can see! I do hope they get a fair price on the woodland and the pasture along the stream, it would totally complete the property and so nice with a few hectars of wild woods for local wildlife to find refuge and for woodland walks under the green canopy. I can only imagine how thrilled I’d be to own a place like this, even to just spend time there. Of course the expense of running this house and the gardens is massive…one would really need a good plan to bring steady income in from the Chateau itself unless one was made of money. On the other side though, it’s in such pristine condition more or less throughout, that one wouldn’t have to make any major investments in renovations or even redecorating to start living, run a guesthouse or offer it up for magical garden weddings and events! So much love and attention and resorces poured into this place, it’s truly magical, breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly soulful property. A little slice of heaven! Thankyou for a wonderful tour, unlike so many others it wasn’t the least bit confusing, the layout and everything crystal clear! WOW!

Unseen Chateau is quite well taken care of. Worth it. Sounds like they are willing to unload more Real Estate with it which sounds beneficial to the proposed owner. Extra and could be used to enhance the area perhaps Vineyards? Endless possibilities and potential earnings. Lovely Garden and outdoor cooling area to sit and enjoy Sunrise and Sets. Dan chould consider fixing his Van before a Drone and Diggety sounds good for a name on the Digger! Champagne for Vlog achievements and oils!
