While I consider a lot of the properties you advertise to be massively overvalued, sometimes one like this comes along where I consider it to be worth every penny and a tremendous value. If I could spare it I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Well done as always Danilo. P.S. Is "villa" in Italian pronounced that way or "via" as the Spanish say it?

I must say, whoever live/s in this abode must have wonderful, happy life as shown by well-balanced approach to utility of space, great taste in use of colors, light, and texture of materials. Well-appointed use of furnitures with great color selection are properly distributed throughout the property without compromising comfort, elegance. Not stiff at all. There's an atmosphere to feel comfortable wherever one goes without feeling confined to be careful as to knock down or mess anything. If I may add, sensuality and warmth of the place is felt palpably. Wish I could own one where to have a get together with family and close friends, I'm sure of a great, memorable fun. Well done, Danilo. You make the world of real estate a very pleasurable experience to viewers.😍❤

You can tell when one of your showings has made an impression. I found myself wanting to see every nook and cranny. I wanted to see the guest house, the pool pavilion, the second floor and the attic. The house felt warm and inviting yet elegant. The details like the ceilings were beautifully classic Italian. An absolutely gorgeous property. Thank you, Danilo, bravo. 👏🏼

My apology Danilo. I have not been able to complete watching this episode and others after (until now). I have been saving them so that I can relax and enjoy watching them. I feel a bit of a fraud as there is no way that I could afford to buy these properties, however, each one you present and that we get the luxury of walking through them with you, allows me to dream (and dream big).
