This is my experience of what his trying to tell people, I've done psychedelics so this is what brought me to be open minded about this stuff but even as a kid I always had a lot of complex questions about the nature of reality. When I observe my mind in complete silence without letting a thought arise sometimes I get a feeling of ecstacy throughout my body even though it only lasts for a second and the one time I did this I actually woke up into a dream like state where I saw three people standing by gate to my house and I thought it was my friends coming to visit and it was so realistic I literally tried shouting for my sister to open the gate but than no sound came out from my mouth and I sorta freaked out and tried to shout again but than I woke up

Let the body have it’s peace and it will reward you with intelligence beyond comprehension. Just stay present, relaxed and clear the mind and it will come sooner or later. The mind always seeks order. Thus, our attempt to tame the mind by bringing order with effort creates a disorder. However, when we sleep the mind is in a completely attentive state (wakefulness) without any order or effort. For us to harness this state in the daytime we need to be observant yet not occupied with what we observe which put our minds in order without having to put an effort. Therefore, the mind is in a meditative state.

I think that was the first time I dreamed about this in years. Then, on that day I went to have lunch in the restaurant as usual. And on the TV there, I watched a bit of a movie, and there was a girl using a slingshot. On itself might not be too lower of a probability, but I frequently notice coincidences like that.

Has any one felt actively dissolving oneself ? . I have it's just the most wonderful thing that can happen . What you have to do is while going to sleep . Lay down on your bed in supine position and then gently close your eyes now start relaxing your body while observing yourself without any thought without any feeling, just simple awareness of oneself relaxing each and every part of your body. Initially you will feel your breath going deeper and then it will subside with the feeling of oneself falling in eternity, complete weightlessness, complete awareness of oneself. That's when order is established. Remember you don't have to sleep . Just be aware of yourself and feel that tingling ecstasy going in entire body . That's when you will loose everything physical and it will be just you. Pure bliss!! ( It may take time but keep doing if not that day try other day just keep trying and you will be able to get it)

Normally, you don't notice it, only in hindsight after waking up but by bringing awareness to that state, you go beyond it into something which words and language, which was made as an expression of the mind, can't reach. Words fall away from it like water off a ducks back. Further experimentation will be done on this, I've only just scratched the surface. This is extremely interesting 😮
