Hi great video. What’s the door protrusion on these hinges? That is, the gap between the door and the cabinet

Hello, When the door is shut, the gap can be minimal, down to about 1mm. When a ¾” door is open, the gap will be about 1-1/4”. The door protrusion when using a 0mm plate, fully opened to 170° is 1.5mm. -Woodworker's Hardware

Thanks very much. You’re a lot more helpful than Blum 👍

Hello again. I’m trying to source cabinet hinges for doors which will be 30mm thick. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello, Salice has a nice option in their “F” Series hinge. It uses a 40mm hole and can do up to a 35mm (1-3/8”) thick door. We do have the bit in stock- part number CMT537.400.31 This hinge limits the opening degree to 94°. If you need a larger degree of opening, Blum’s 170° hinge, when combined with a 130°restriction clip, can do up to nearly a 1-1/2” thick door. If you need information on these, just give us a call at 800-383-0130. -Woodworker's Hardware
