I used the cones and I had a hard time using the cones using two fingers didn’t have a grip and it hurt the sides of my fingers while the cones flying out. Is there a better way? I have very small hands too.

Maybe try softening the cone, or getting a softer cone. Or even cutting the cone diameter smaller outside the cone (& maybe cut the inside hole larger if needed) so you can get your thumbs and fingers right?
