An efficient NHS cataract list - 9 cases in 2hrs 9mins. Whole continuous video unedited.

Theatre efficiency -
Most hospitals perform 6-8 cases on a 4 hour operating list. One NHS hospital that I work at is very efficient at cataract surgery. I videoed the whole list from start of surgery to end of last case to illustrate the real-time flow. Normally we would perform 15 cases on a 4 hour list but Covid measures resulted in a reduced list of 9 cases.
Staffing: 3 theatre staff, 3 ward staff.
Surgeon does operation notes and draping for all cases.
