Top tip, if you need o drill into full pipes with a holesaw, grab a lid of a large ice cream container and poke a hole through the center just big enough for the shaft of the holesaw, place the lid between the holesaw and the chuck and it will stop liquid and shite from blowing back into the drill ..... and maybe save the operator a bit too!

I’ve asked this question before also. They have the hoses, it appears, why not just have the nozzles you need right on the truck?

I've also wondered this but I put it down to if they need called out again to do a root cut they'll be able to charge another fee. I might be wrong but it's the only explanation that sounds logical to me.

Why not just put a root cutter nozzle on and be done with it? Takes only a minute to change and will save you time having to come back another day.

I agree. A root cutter nozzle would clear all those roots giving the customer time to consider the repairs and have a usable system for now. I guess our team hasn't got the correct nozzle. Their Aussie counterparts could show them how.
