we humans need to do stuff we love and to take breaks and take care of ourselves. We deserve it for working hard and we are humans, not machines. We should also do those things for motivation and to keep going. We probably aren't achieving the stuff we want to yet but that's ok bc we still worked hard to get where we are today we shouldn't feel guilty we are trying our best and that's something to be proud of, always.
