I met these two sitting by a bar in Barcelona, having sangria. I decided to ask them who's the introvert and who's the extrovert. Turns out, they just met. We ended up having a chat about minimalism, materialism, and the value of owning stuff. Did you manage to spot their personality types and MBTI? I typed them as INTP and ENTJ.

It would make my mother very glad if my father WOULD donate or recycle the old stuff before he gets new ones. He doesn't. He says that it is wasteful to throw things away, and that the old stuff are sure to come in handy in the future. Even if they are broken, he says that he would fix them... when he gets time, and he never gets time, because he always says that he is busy, so they never get a chance to be fixed. I'll also mention that he's not much of a handyman. It'll be so lovely if we could run into you one day and get asked questions about personality. I especially love it when you ask the "preference questions", like, do we prefer summer to winter, or red to blue, or circles to triangles, and try to guess our personalities from there. That's really fun.

I am not sure about the guy on the left having the INTP-type 🤔 I had the feeling he is more of an INFP -type, but I am still wondering: how did you guess about the Thinker/Feeling-type ? The INTP-type is more critical and composed in his approach to others views and opinions than the INFP-type, isn't he ? Thank you for this funny and challenging interaction 🙏

Well, INFP was actually my second option for him, and I haven't sat down with him to do a formal test, so this was just a rough first guess! The statements on minimalism and materialism could equally be echoed by an INTP and an INFP, really. That's why IPs are great. Resisting mainstream and societal ideas and trying to reason about how they want to live as individuals.
