Instead of using time to decide a winner I suggest doing points. 3 points for the fastest, 2points for 2nd, 1 points for 3rd, and 0 points if there’s a DNF. Also 1 additional points if you beat the contract author’s time. This makes it so that it is more clear who the winner is and it gives a reward if you beat the author who has an advantage in the contract. Also it makes short contracts (like the last one one sgail) more intense bc a couple second time loss doesn’t matter as much if you already lost over a min in another contract

You could do 1 hour to make and finish your own contract time, then 1 hour for everyone to get times on both other contracts. Kinda like in the early videos you can allocate your time as you wish, then review the times at the end all at once.

If you need to find a way for someone to do the time in an hour without any commentating involved you can have one hour to set up and run a contract then an hour or howevever long to do the other two and not your own and either have 30 mins for each run or the full hour for both were you can decide how much time to allocate to each individual run depending on which you think you can time save more on
