The best part of the video is that it's difficult to discern what is Max0r's editing or what is actually in the game, and using Gabriel's actual VA (Gianni) to read lines makes it better. ULTRAKILL is cracked. Also, nice "Post Void" shout-out. That 's a seizure-simulator that decided to be a game at one point.

🤷‍♂️ I prefer Rata (RANK10YGO)’s review of Ultrakill Act 1 personally. It’s a bit less chaotic, so you can appreciate how chaotic the game NATURALLY is even more. It’s crazy that Maxor got the same voice actor for Gabriel in his video. And while a lot of what Gabriel was saying was a Maxor meme-laden script, that “You insignificant *FUCK!!!”* line when he loses IS actually in the UK game, and it’s hilariously jarring to hear a grandiose, pompous angel cuss you out after you beat his ass. Also, you can beat the Hideous Mass boss with a bar of soap that is hidden on that level. Hold bar of soap, wait for Mass to rise out of the ground completely, punch him once, instant death.

It’s amazing how I just noticed something that made me 😑🤦‍♂️after watching Maxors video several times now. When he’s talking about the V1 versus V2 fights and says the simple and complicated parts is that V2 “Has your moveset”. It was there and gone in a flash…but Maxor put a picture of V1 and V2 doing the goddamn Jack-O pose for “moveset”🤦‍♂️. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a based on guilty gear character and a LOT of artists spent several months/weeks drawing characters from various cartoons/animes/etc in that pose. (so yeah, another famous-or-obscure meme) As for the pose itself…let’s just say it you Google it with safe-search off, the the results will be an order of magnitude higher than if you went looking with safe search on.
