Push ups will help increase that bench. Knock out 200 a day

I'm already past that, a day Well, not really. I can, but it wouldn't be a challenge though. I'm definitely doing pushups daily, for sure.

@ nice. Keep up the work. Try running through a deck of cards with push ups.

Now the question is... How did I get 205 off the bench anyways; let alone pause it mid air & even STRUGGLE to push it back up at 5'6" 128 pounds I'll definitely check that out
